I'm in a rental and tired of borrowing a screwdriver every time a cabinet handle loosens. At the same time, I don't want a giant toolbox for projects I'm not allowed to do. So far my list is a screwdriver with interchangeable bits, tape measure, adjustable wrench, small level, pliers and a flashlight. Is there anything more useful than it looks on paper? I'm especially interested in decent compact tools rather than a 100-piece set where half the pieces never come out.
