Keeping a search routine sustainable after several months

Month four of job hunting feels very different from week one. At first I could spend a whole morning on applications; now opening another job board makes me tired before I've started. I still need a routine, but tracking every rejection is making it harder to stay consistent. I'm considering two focused application blocks a week, one networking block, and actual days off from searching. Has anyone found a schedule that prevented burnout without letting the search drift?

That’s probably the bit I’d keep too. Full tracking can turn into a second job, and not a fun one.

Same. The routine matters more than the number of applications once you’re into month four.
