Comparing two offers with different remote-work expectations

One offer pays more but expects four office days a week. The other pays less and is mostly remote, with occasional team meetings. The commute for the first would add several hours weekly and real transport costs. I'm trying to compare total compensation, career development and how I actually work best, not just the headline salary.
