Handling multiple savings goals that all feel urgent

Simulated community examples only. Not financial, tax, investment, or legal advice.

I have four sensible savings goals: emergency buffer, a replacement laptop, travel to see family and a future move. Splitting the spare money evenly makes all four grow painfully slowly. Putting everything toward one goal means the others feel neglected. I'm thinking minimum monthly contributions for each plus extra for the nearest deadline. What system stops you constantly reshuffling priorities every time one expense starts to feel more urgent?

I do mine like four little buckets and one of them is always the boring emergency one. If I don't set the transfer automatically, I somehow become a philosopher instead of a saver.

I keep one target as the clear winner for a season, then switch only when that goal is done or the deadline changes. Even a rough order stops the constant reshuffling.
