I want to know whether my training is helping without weighing myself every morning. My clothes fit a little differently, I can do more reps and flights of stairs feel easier, yet the scale barely moves. I'm thinking of tracking a few repeatable performance measures and occasional waist measurements instead. What progress markers do you find meaningful without turning the whole process into constant measurement?
