Getting interviews but repeatedly losing out after the final round

I've reached the final interview stage four times and come away with no offer. Earlier rounds go well, so I'm clearly not completely off target. The final interviews involve broader team discussions and questions about working through ambiguity. I'm wondering whether my answers sound too tactical and don't show enough judgment. How would you ask for useful feedback when recruiters offer only ‘another candidate was a closer fit’?
