Deciding how much of the owner's vacation should truly be offline

I'm planning a week off and realize I still receive notifications for stock questions, customer exceptions and daily sales. Staff can handle most issues, but I haven't clearly defined which ones truly warrant interrupting me. I'm considering one daily emergency contact, financial limits for decisions and no routine messages while away. For owners who finally took a real vacation, what did you have to delegate before you could stop checking your phone?
